Registration Flyer:

Please download the registration flyer (including the Conference Program), print it and mail in the appropriate portions to the Radisson Hotel and the Center for Medieval Studies respectively, including appropriate payment. Conference Registration:

Registration fee
MAA Members: $75
Non-Member registration: $90
MAA Students: $35
Non-MAA Students: $50
Spouses/Companions* $35

* For non-medievalists attending social events but not scholarly lectures and panels.

Registration Deadline:
The deadline to preregister for the meeting and to reserve a hotel room at the conference rate is March 19, 2003.

You may register by completing the registration materials mailed to you by the Medieval Academy or by downloading the registration materials from the link provided above. Mail the form, along with a check made out to "University of Minnesota," to the address above. Please do not send the registration form and payment to the Medieval Academy office.

Cancellation Policy:
You payment minus a $15 processing fee will be refunded if you cancel by 19 March 2003.

Late and On-Site Registration:
A surcharge of $30 will be added for registrations after the March 19 deadline and the excursion to the Hill Monastic Manuscript Library will not be available to late registrants.

Conference Hotel:

To make a reservation, either click on the logo above and use "MAA03" as the promotional code to receive the conference rates, or call the Radisson Hotel at 1-800-822-6757 and ask for the Medieval Academy of America room block, or you can fax your reservation to the hotel at 1-612-379-8682 or mail the form provided at the back of this brochure to the Radisson Hotel at the above address. The reservation deadline is 19 March 2003 in order to guarantee the conference rate.
